Do I Really Need to be on Social Media?

Obviously, I’m going to tell you yes!


I have heard a handful of people tell me that their customers aren’t on Social Media and I want to tell you that they are. Did you know that in 2019, it is estimated that there will be around 2.77 BILLION social media users around the globe, up from 2.46 billion in 2017?* Also, if your clients aren’t on social media, guess who is? NEW CLIENTS! Having a social media presence increases your brand awareness which might land you in front of someone who had no idea that you existed or maybe they knew you existed but didn’t know you provided that specific product or service you're showcasing.


Another great reason to have social media – are you ready for this? To be social! Crazy right? This seems like an obvious one but to a lot of people it isn’t. People are losing trust in institutions and businesses, so it is more important than ever to develop a relationship with your clients and let them know that there are real people (just like them) behind your brand.
